If you wish to schedule an appointment to be placed on the Planning Board agenda to make a presentation of an ANR, please call the Planning Office:

All ANR Plans and materials need to be submitted to the Planning Office by 4:00 PM the Tuesday prior to the Monday Board meeting at which an applicant wishes to be heard. Prior to submitting materials to the Planning Board the applicant must file all submission materials with the Town Clerk.
Required:
- Complete Compliance Letter from the Board of Health
- Proof of submission to the Town Clerk
- One (1) MYLAR
- Ten (10) copies of the above plan
- One (1) Topography/Contour Plan
- Original and Nine (9) copies of Form A
- Check made out to the Town of Lunenburg
- If presenter is other than the owner of the record, a notarized form must be filled out
