Notice is hereby given pursuant to Sections 3-1, 7-10, and any other relevant provisions of the Town Charter, of the following vacancy:
The term of this appointment is immediate and expires June 30, 2022. The term when renewed in June 2022 will be for three years. The duties of the Personnel Committee are defined in General Bylaws, Salary Administration Plan, Section 70- 2; Personnel Committee, and are as follows:
There is hereby established a Personnel Committee consisting of five members, each residing in the Town of Lunenburg, to be appointed by the Select Board and Town Moderator, and each member shall serve for a term of three years.
The Personnel Committee is authorized to administer the provisions of the personnel bylaw, called the Salary Administration Plan, in conjunction with the Town Manager and to represent the interest of both the taxpayers and Town employees.
The Select Board will accept Talent Bank Forms from interested persons until the vacancy is filled. A human resources background is helpful. Talent bank forms are available on the town website and at Town Hall.
