Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on September 14, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. at the Lunenburg Town Hall, 2nd Floor, Joseph F. Bilotta Meeting Room, 17 Main Street, Lunenburg, Massachusetts 01462. The Lunenburg Zoning Board will hear the petition of Pond View Commons Comprehensive Permit, LLC, Pond View Commons, LLC, The Homes at Aro Estates, LLC, owner Kevin O’Brien, 18 Cassimere Street, Andover, MA 01810. The property, which is the subject of this case, is located at 318, 390, & 400 Howard Street, Lunenburg, MA 01462; known as Pond View Commons, Assessors Map 6, 17, & 17; Parcel 24, 20, & 34 respectively. The applicant is seeking 40B approval for a Comprehensive Permit for the purpose of developing two hundred (200) unit apartment community at 318, 390, & 400 Howard Street, Lunenburg, MA 01462. The Zoning Board of Appeals will consider authorizing the Comprehensive Permit, 40B. If you wish to appear in support for or in opposition to the petition, you may do so in person, by agent or by attorney. Copies of the application may be inspected in the Town Clerk’s office or the Zoning Board office during normal business hours.
