Our Mission:  To protect, preserve and improve the Town's infrastructure and related assets in a manner which meets and enhances the current and future social and economic needs of the community, to contribute to a healthy, safe and quality environment for the town's citizens and visitors, and to provide a cost effective and environmentally sound means of disposing of solid waste and waste water.

Office Hours: Weekdays, Monday - Friday 7 a.m. to 3 p.m and we currently have lock boxes available for all payments.

Trees:
For trees overgrowing and in danger of falling onto utility wires, contact Unitil at 888-301-7700.

 

***STREETLIGHTS in Lunenburg***

Unitil is no longer the responsible party to repair the streetlights in Lunenburg.

Please call the DPW at 978-582-4160 to request repairs to a streetlight.  Please provide the street address and pole number.  You may also use the online “Public Works - Request For Service” form found on the Town's website at https://www.lunenburgma.gov/form/public-works-request-service
