Attention Lunenburg Voters
STATE PRIMARY ELECTION

T.C. Passios Building -1025 Massachusetts Avenue, Lunenburg, MA
You may vote Early in person beginning Saturday, August 27, 2022 at Town Hall, 17 Main Street from 9am – 5pm – (this is also the last day to register to vote or change your party affiliation, the Clerks’ office will be open 9am-5pm). Early Voting continues through Thursday, September 1st and will be held at the Parish Hall, 39 Main Street during the Town Clerks regular hours, then Friday September 2nd, 10am -3am at Town Hall, 17 Main Street.

1. Am I a registered voter & what is my party enrollment? When you log in to the website listed below you will find answers to questions 1 through 4. If you still have questions please call the Clerk at (978) 582-4131.
The deadline to register to vote or change your party affiliation for the State Primary Election is Saturday, August 27th. You may register to vote or change your party enrollment online at: www.registertovotema.com Unenrolled (independent) or political designation voters will need to choose which primary ballot type they want to vote on. Voters who are registered in either party (Democrat or Republican) MUST take that party ballot type – verify your party enrollment or change your party enrollment
2. Is my voter status “active”?
Per state law, voters must return their signed street list census forms annually to the Town Clerk’s office to maintain an active voter status. Inactive voters are still eligible to vote but will be required to complete additional forms and show an ID at the polls in order to vote. Check your voter status online : www.registertovotema.com.
3. What is my voting Precinct?
Voters are strongly encouraged to know what precinct they will be voting in before arriving at the polls. Check your precinct online at : www.registertovotema.com
