Planning Board meetings are held the second and fourth Monday of each month at 6:30 PM in the Joseph Bilotta Meeting Room at Town Hall. Additional meetings are scheduled as necessary.
The Planning Board, in conjunction with the Montachusett Regional Planning Commission, has crafted an updated Housing Production Plan. This Plan, approved by both the Board of Selectmen and the Planning Board, will aid Lunenburg in guiding housing development and can influence the type, amount, and location of affordable housing. The Plan will now be forwarded to the State for approval. The Plan can be accessed through the Director's Page below.
