Planning Board meetings are held the second and fourth Monday of each month at 6:30 PM in the Joseph Bilotta Meeting Room at Town Hall. Additional meetings are scheduled as necessary.
The Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) approved Lunenburg's Housing Production Plan (HPP). The HPP has a five year term and will expire on June 7, 2020. This Plan will aid Lunenburg in guiding housing development and can influence the type, amount, and location of affordable housing. The Plan can be accessed through the Director's Page below.
